It significantly enhances convenience, speeds up operations, requires fewer laborers compared to before, and maintains minimal rice loss, not exceeding 3%, just like before.

Automatic Foldable Gain Tank

This innovative technology empowers the driver to control the opening and closing of the gain tank. Traditionally, during transportation, the tank needed to be collapsed gain tank. Now, when it comes to harvesting, the driver can conveniently control the opening and closing of the tank from their position. This system allows the operation to be handled by a single person, eliminating the need for multiple workers to lift the rice storage tank. Additionally, the tank’s easy opening is facilitated by a hydraulic system that adjusts both the rice delivery pipe inside the tank and the lid on all four sides, ensuring swift readiness for use.

The 180-degree rotating rice delivery pipe

Enhancing work convenience with a rice delivery pipe that rotates up to 180 degrees, operating through a hydraulic system. This feature significantly assists when the rice transplanter’s storage tank is full and requires transferring rice to a truck. It enables easier parking without the need for U-turns or complex maneuvers. The rice delivery pipe’s ability to rotate a full 180 degrees in any direction streamlines operations.
